12/9 - 10am Update: This issue has been corrected within SmartHub. If you are still seeing a new Cycle 1 Bill with a due date of 12/9, please give our office a call at 828-452-2281.
On the morning of December 9th, we discovered a misprint on our Cycle 1 bills that were listed on SmartHub beginning December 8. On these bills, the due date is listed incorrectly as December 9th, 2025. The correct due date for these Cycle 1 bills is January 5th, 2026. We are working to have this corrected for all affected bills within SmartHub and corrected before paper bills are mailed.
We apologize for the confusion this caused for anyone who saw their bills in SmartHub before the correction.
