Haywood EMC held its Annual Business Meeting on August 3 at the Waynesville Headquarters office. During this meeting, the cooperative's 2023 Director Election was confirmed by the Board's Secretary/Treasurer, Clay Talley.
David Noland of District 5 and Alan Israel of District 6 were re-elected to serve on 3-year terms in their respective districts.
After the business meeting concluded, the Board of Directors held its meeting to elect officers. Below are the 2023 Board officers:
