If you are constructing a new home and need temporary electric service or, after completion, need permanent electric service, Haywood EMC’s staking department is the one with whom you will need to schedule a meeting. It is best to schedule the meeting as soon as you know you are going to need electricity set up.
The staking department is responsible for power line extensions and expansions for new homes or businesses, as well as relocating existing power lines. Haywood EMC’s Customer Service Representatives will make the appointment for you with the staking department.
